The Perfect Fit
"Outfit to Empower" sells out each year as women from throughout the Lehigh Valley come together to support the Perfect Fit and empower other women to envision and build new futures for themselves and their families. This year’s theme, "Celebrating 25 Years of Service, Style, and Success," honors the incredible impact we’ve made together and the bright future ahead.
It all started with a suit and the belief that every woman deserves the dignity of showing up to work feeling confident, prepared, and seen. This October, YWCA Allentown proudly celebrates the 25th Anniversary of The Perfect Fit for Working Women, a transformative program that has empowered over 13,000 women in the Lehigh Valley since its founding in 2000.
