A: My wellness journey began with my quest for holistic well-being. I realized that true transformation extends beyond simply the physical body and appearance. To truly develop a balanced approach to health I delve into the intricacies of mindset management. Experiencing this approach’s profound impact on my life ignited and fueled my passion to educate and empower others to achieve lasting optimal health.
Q: You've achieved notable success as a national figure competitor. How has your experience infitness competitions influenced your approach as a trainer and nutritionist?
A: Competing on a national bodybuilder’s stage taught me the importance of a balanced and sustainableapproach to fitness. My experiences as a competitor impacted and shaped my coaching style,emphasizing long-term well-being over quick fixes.This approach is beyond physical appearances; it'sabout cultivating overall health.
Q: Congratulations on being recognized as one of the Lehigh Valley’s Most Influential Women in2022. How has thisrecognition impacted your work and mission?
A: Thank you! The recognition has been both an honor and a humbling experience—and a reminder ofthe responsibility I have to influence positive change. It motivates me to continue pushing boundaries inwellness, ensuring that my work leaves a lasting impact on individuals and the community.

A: Absolutely. Lehigh Valley Yoga Tone® merges the fluidity of yoga with the strength-building aspects of resistance training. Q: Balancing a successful career with quality time for family is challenging. How do you manage tostrike that balance in your life, especially with your son?
A: Balancing career and family is a priority for me. I practice what I teach, and that means making time for my son and incorporating him into aspects of my wellness journey. Finding that balance brings harmony to both my personal and professional life.
